Vacancy de-control is what has let many people move to brownstone neighborhoods, and has dramatically increased the vitality and livability of Brownstone Brooklyn.
If this bill passes, the property tax collected on rentals will go down, and the property taxes on condos and homes will go way up.
I urge all of you to join us in opposing this idiotic bill that disadvantages all of us — market rate renters, homeowners, condo-owners, tradespeople, etc.

bensonhurst is a long long bike ride to the “other” end of BK. Probably lots of the route wont have bike lanes too
