“Regarding the “Lost Advances” article, isn’t Extell the company who submitted the alternate Atlantic Yards proposal? I wonder if they would have actually been able to pull off their proposal given their current situation on developments in the city. ”
Yes thats the one
No they wouldnt have
Dog owners are usually more of a problem than the dog. Responsible owners train their dogs and keep them out of situations where they are likely to harm other people. It’s really a shame there aren’t harsher laws against awful dog owners. I hate to see a dog put down because an owner didn’t do their job.
DIBS, you are totally right about the dogs. Whatever the breed if dogs will attack a person like that and the owner knows it those dogs are a huge liability. The trespassing defense is lame. It’s not like this nincompoop owned 3 vicious attack dogs in the middle of nowhere on a rural property, it’s in NYC. On top of that she keeps them loose in the front yard. Front. Not back. Which this owner claims is enough to protect the public. What if a child wandered along and stuck his little hand through the fence to pet the nice doggies? Big dogs can jump fences anyway so it’s not even like the dogs were truly contained. As a kid our German Shepherd guard dog (in a rural area) could get over of any kind of fence. I hope this dog owner is taken to the cleaners in civil court.
“Peek” = a quick look at something
“Peak” = a climax, like in an acid trip or a mountain top
You guys gotta learn to spell! Or at least read the headlines of the blogs you’re quoting.

Now you are correct, sir!
m4l, as a landlord you better hope THE RENT IS TOO DAMN HIGH guy doesn’t win!!!!!
Oh, Rob, I’m thinking of voting for lady pimp and glove guy. Rent too damn high! Unfortunately, I missed the debate. Had I realized it included everyone on the ballot, I would have made a point of watching it.
He’ll easily win a civil suit. People with dogs that bite put themselves, their property and their wealth at risk.
The owner sounded like a moron, just the type that owns pit bulls that are poorly trained.
