Greek for 84 7th Avenue
We were pleased to see work being done at 84 7th Avenue, which didn’t looked so good while it was in a standstill. The top floor is still up for rent, but the bottom floor is making moves! A worker inside said it is going to be a Greek restaurant, hopefully open by September. GMAP

Will this be real Greek or simply add to the list or Greek diners?
Someone yesterday noted that across the street will actually be a store called Unleashed, which is the smaller, organic subsidiary of Petco. Makes much more sense.
How long has that place been “under construction”? It feels like a good five or six years or maybe longer… Glad to hear something is finally happening. And with the Petco across the street it’ll finally be a block without any derelict storefronts.
Oh Goodie, I am Greek, so this is a good thing.
