  1. “These distressed properties fetches prices that are much below its market value.” – Sale of Troubled Buildings…

But there’s no such thing as above market value.

    ***Bid half off peak comps***

  2. These raccoons are freaking me out. I’m worried they’re going to break into my place next and hurt my clueless indoor cats. Is there some way to latch the screens securely? Child locks or something?? And even so, the first one tore *through* the screen!

  3. so what if his rent was just 63 dollars a month. there are two older italian ladies on spring street with their dogs who sit outside all day here in soho who pay less than 50 dollars a month each for their rent and proudly say so. they are funny and im glad they can stay there paying that. if they lost their apartments i can guaranteee you it would be two people paying 4000 dollars each and they would be the most blandest people EVER and never sit outside and talk to people and share funny stories. give the guy a break, he’s not going to be around forever.

yeah nyc, keep getting blander… blah!

    *rob*

  5. “Money. That’s all he wants,” said Saethre. “He should be ashamed of himself.”

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. $63 a month????

LOL. Not to denigrate the WWII Veteran but I suspect he’s got a pension and SS.

    WTF???
