Brookland Capital’s newest condo development, 708 Degraw Street, hit the market  today in Park Slope. The four-story, three-unit building has two- and three-bedrooms with outdoor space sized from 1,000 to 1,743 square feet. Unit 1 is a two-bed, 2.5-bath duplex asking with a lower level patio and backyard asking $1,350,000. The second unit is a three-bedroom, two bath floorthrough with a backyard for $1,250,000, and unit 3 is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex with two terraces and a private roof deck asking $1,800,000. The apartments feature open floor plans, white-oak hardwood flooring, Caesarstone counters and 10- to 11-foot ceilings.

Two months ago, Brookland brought us the Copper House condos in Clinton Hill, which are 50 percent sold, according to a PR rep for Halstead. Halstead Property Development Marketing is handling sales for both developments.
