One-bedrooms don’t get much more classic than this place at 90 8th Avenue in Park Slope. The 10th-floor prewar pad has all the parquet floors, beamed ceilings and bathroom details you’d expect in a grand 1927 building; the views are great too. We’re not in love with the kitchen renovation but other than that this place is pure perfection. The maintenance is a fairly high at $1,135 and the asking price is $629,000.
