What exactly DOES the Slope, really, *really* need?
Given there are 30 storefronts empty in the neighborhood seems anything paying rent, creating a couple jobs is a good thing to me.
For the things you think Park Slope needs, there is 7th and 5th Avenues with all their for rent signs.
We *really, really* need a few more re shops in the Slope.
