A tipster noticed that the old Cafe Mei Mei (aka Cafe Ribant) now has a sign up saying that it would be reopening as a sandwich shop, Van Horn. There isn’t much up on the website yet, but it looks like it will be a both dine-in and take-out place. This should be a nice addition to the block—we can’t think of any other fancy sandwich joints on that middle stretch of Court Street.
