Minard, don’t forget about PS 8, which has done a complete turnaround over the past 5 years or so and is now considered an extremely desirable public school. (And for everyone who jumped all over it’s “F” rating last year, it was just rated an “A” this year…which, as great as the school is, says even more about how ridiculous that whole grading system is).
