A landlord is considering some upgrades to an apartment and would like to install crown molding.
A landlord is considering some upgrades to an apartment and would like to install crown molding. The contractor has suggested using PVC molding, a synthetic material, rather than wood to add some character at a cheaper price. Should the landlord consider that option? What might be the pros and cons?
