A tenant is following the rules and smoking away 10 feet from the building but the smell of cigarettes is still invading the lobby.
A tenant is following the rules and smoking away 10 feet from the building but the smell of cigarettes is still invading the lobby. The landlords are looking for advice on what kind of venting or odor eliminating trick might help the situation. Has anything worked for other landlords?
