A homeowner has been warned that the parking situation in front of their semi-detached home may not be legal and they are looking for some clarification. There is an attached garage, but the homeowner prefers to park in the driveway and the paved front yard. A lawyer has chimed in to say that this is not up to code. Is the homeowner facing a violation?
Please chime in with your advice.
