From the Forum: Responding to a DOB Notice for Inspection
An apartment owner received a notice for inspection from the Department of Buildings and isn’t sure how to respond.

An apartment owner received a notice for inspection from the Department of Buildings and isn’t sure how to respond. The notice was handed off to the building super, who did not let the inspector into the apartment. The owner believes the LS-3 notice might be related to renovation work done by a previous owner. What should they do?
