With a gas boiler and hot water heater located five feet below the bedroom, a homeowner is wondering how they can make the room safe to use as their baby’s nursery. They have carbon monoxide and smoke detectors in the bedroom and outside the boiler room. If it is the only space available for a nursery what else can they do to ease their minds and make it as safe as possible?

Please chime in with your advice.
