The Brownstoner and QNS Real Estate Conference focuses on changing neighborhoods and strategies for developers and brokers of residential property in Brooklyn and Queens. It takes place Wednesday, October 10 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint.

This year’s development panel is moderated by James R. O’Neill, CPEX Real Estate
Managing Director of Operations. The panel includes Doug Steiner, Chairman of Steiner NYC, John A. Catsimatidis, Chairman and CEO of The Red Apple Group, Patricia Dunphy, SVP of leasing and development at Rockrose, Jake Elghanayan, Senior Vice President of TF Cornerstone, and Brian Upbin, Head of Asset Management at Two Trees Management.

The panel will examine large-scale development in Brooklyn and Queens, including what’s different about residential development in Brooklyn vs. Queens vs. Manhattan, creative amenity packages in both rentals and condos and what is needed to be competitive in the various markets, the state of the market, and designing buildings as tenant communities.

Regular-price tickets are $100 each, or $900 if purchased in groups of 10. A special brokerage group rate gets you 20 tickets for $1,600.
