Ready, Set...

Thanks to the heroic efforts of the dynamic duo (our architect and his expeditor), our plans have the glorious stamp of approval from the DOB. The process was much more frustrating than I would have expected but fear of retribution from the angry DOB gods will keep me silent on this topic.

So Im choosing to focus on the positive. Plans are approved. Mr. Limestone and I breathe a sigh of relief. Until the next disaster...
