The wait is almost over: Phase 1 of the townhouses at Navy Green are within weeks of occupancy. By the time the snow from this blizzard melts, you could be settling into one of these airy three- or four-bedroom homes, each featuring over 3,000 square feet of space.
We recently went on a tour of one of the homes, and when we weren’t too busy daydreaming of living here ourselves, we took plenty of pictures of the interiors for you to check out. Come on inside!
The open-plan kitchen on the first floor combines white matte lacquered cabinets and a Bertazzoni 5-burner gas range with stainless steel Liebherr and Bosch appliances. (We didn’t know what those names meant either, but as you can see above, a picture is worth a thousand words.)

European oak flooring throughout the townhouses are flanked by a custom-designed stainless steel railing system.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor. With two or three more bedrooms, a study, and a spacious basement, there’s ample space for growing families or guests.
White porcelain tile on the master bathroom floors and walls create a serene and pristine space in which to relax in the soaking tub or separate glassed-in shower.
The radiant heated floors may make it a hard room to leave. But don’t worry about there being a long line for the shower — there are two full and two half bathrooms in all.
Each townhouse is appointed with an ample laundry room complete with LG washer and vented gas dryer, a private backyard with a barbecue hookup, and a video intercom station on every floor.
The patios are flanked by a 30,000 square foot central lawn, and the three-bedroom units have private terraces. Just across the shared green space are the condos at Navy Green, all one-, two-, and three bedroom homes which are also entering the final phases of construction.
And the moment you step outside your front door, there is a vibrant neighborhood to explore. Just across the street is the gateway to the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard and Building 77, which will feature a 60,000-square-foot food court later this year. If you prefer to eat at home, get ready for the Wegmans supermarket, which will cater to all of your culinary needs.
The area is great for families, with the wealth of dining, entertainment, and educational options offered by the converging neighborhoods of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.
