The auction will take place in Room 3554 of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York at 2 p.m. on January 11, 2017. Bidding will start at $1.4 million. Eligible bidders need a deposit of 10 percent or $140,000 in the form of a bank check and proof of funds. The check should be made payable to “Richard J. McCord as Trustee.”
