About
Smart, strategic, warm and communicative, Nick knows how to get the deal done. Since 2005 he has successfully brokered transactions all over Brooklyn and Manhattan. He has sold lofts, pre-war and post-war apartments and townhouses, and was an early advocate of BoCoCa – the Red Hook neighborhood he and his family have called home since the late 1990s. In just ten years, Nick has become the trusted advisor to many clients who repeatedly call on him for expert help. Nick came to real estate after running a successful freelance graphic design business, which served numerous high-profile clients in the financial and publishing sectors. He easily applied the creative, business and negotiation skills he honed over the years to his real estate practice. As the son of a family that made lucrative property investments over many years, Nick entered the profession with an insider’s respect for value and an understanding of what’s involved in finding the property that meets the needs of each client. Nick has also participated in a number of community and non-profit organizations. He served on his condominium’s board of managers, as vice president of PS29’s PTA, as a volunteer for the Brooklyn Heights Association and the Parks Department for the Promenade Garden in Brooklyn Heights.
