David Weeks Studio is committed to the investigation of form, creating objects through a sculptural lens. Our Studio employs a reductive design process, dismantling materials to reveal surprising new forms. Explorations hinge on the concept of balance and proportion, investigating new materials and processes. From lighting and furniture to toys and household products—our practice generates pieces that bring their environments to life.
In 2013, the Studio opened its first stand-alone retail location combined with a working design studio at 38 Walker Street in Tribeca. Production continues in Brooklyn, where David founded the Studio over two decades ago.
