Waste Line Backs Up Again! WTF?
See that crap on the pipe? That's what we had pulled out of our supposedly new pipe on Saturday when the renter's tub started backing up again! Can you believe it. After running the snake, the high-pressured water blaster and a camera, our plumber assures us that we are good to go. After all this, we're going to insist on some kind of warranty before we write the final check.

BTW ..
why didn't your plumber install a check valve ?

He should install a modular space fibrullation unit to prevent such problems in the future, or maybe a reciprocating flow stope check pipe valve.

Is your tenant operating a home based slaughtering plant or rendering facility? You will definitely need that modular space fibrullator. Forget about the check valve. You need a valve check.

Have you actually rented the apartment yet? Of course, we want to hear all about that phase! What do you have to say about being a landlord?
