Baby's Room Ready for Finishing Touches

bedroom

The painting is finished in the baby's room. All we need to do now is add the strips of wooden pegs that will line the room where the two colors meet and add a strip of playful wallpaper along the top of the walls.

So cute and cheerful! I love the peg idea. Can't wait to see it.

They make these great alphabet flashcards out of cardboard that have a cool retro style and they sell them at your favorite store...Moon River Chattel. You can use that sticky blue putty stuff so you don't mess up your walls....You can place them all in a row above the pegs.

I've seen those - i actually gave my sister a pack as a gift. they're very cool. the wallpaper border we're using is from the 30s and quite vivid and colourful, so we don't want to add too much else...mr. b will post a pic of it when it goes up.
