Rental Kitchen With Drawers Installed
The rental kitchen is all finished--though we are waiting to see what size fridge the tenant wants before buying it.

Looks like a beautiful kitchen for a rental. I usually go Chinatown cheap and don't find it makes any difference. Good plumbing and faucets are the most important thing.

Did you install the cabinets yourself or use a contractor? They look great. I just closed on a brownstone in Bed-Stuy and will have a lot of work to do with a tiny cash flow.
