Rental Kitchen Almost Done
The dishwasher is installed in the rental kitchen along with the sink and counter. There wasn't enough of the marble we purchased to construct the rental sink, so the fabricators actually gave us this granite. It's not our favorite in terms of aesthetics, but it's pretty good quality for a rental. BTW, the marble place we used is called West Side Stone and Marble at 212-222-4999. Ask for Ari.

It's just the 18" Frigidaire (not a lot of 1-inchers to choose from). Brand New. Put in a 24" Premier stove as well in the rental.
In our kitchen, we did Jenn Air fridge, Bluestar range and Bosch dishwasher.

Can you flip the black panel on the dishwasher? If the stove is black never mind. Otherwise you can get a sheet of stainless cut to the same size and use that. Makes a $200 dishwasher look like $600.

Much to our chagrin, i think the dishwasher WAS about 600, because of the unusual size...

The dishwaher was only $375, but the only stove we could get was white...

I don't believe in giving tenants dishwashers. Folks who do their own dishes by hand are more honest and pay their rent on time.

The first comment on this post is killing me. I hope they're kidding, but one never knows. Hilarious.
