Reusing Doorway Moldings in Parlor Hall
The dividing door in the parlor hallway is moving along. We repurposed the moldings from an old doorway to add some nice detailing to what is an unfortunate but necessary detraction from the glory of the front hall. Check out the view from one week earlier on the link.

what are doing about the woodwork i.e. the newel posts, the door moldings etc- are you painting over or stripping- since you aren't staying in the house i guess you have options without fear of the lead issues but i can't tell from the progress where you're heading with that.
