Williamsburg Industrial Building Closes for $2.2M

A two-story warehouse close to the BQE in South Williamsburg has sold for $2,210,000 in an all-cash deal, according to Marcus & Millichap, which handled the transaction. The 10,500-square-foot property at 719 to 727 Kent Avenue runs along Kent and Rutledge Street close to Flushing Avenue and has three drive-in gates. While the amount of buildable square feet is about 21,000, it’s also possible this property could stay in use as a warehouse, given the proximity to Williamsburg and the expressway. The price per square foot works out to be $210, and the identity of the buyer was not disclosed.
