That’s it for the Edge, Williamsburg’s shiniest and tallest waterfront development. It’s all sold out! Real estate firm MNS said today that it sold the last of the complex’s 565 units earlier this month. The development includes one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and townhouses, as well as an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, golf simulator, basketball court and screening rooms. In 2011, the complex sold 215 units at a median price of $705,229, the most sales in 2011 of any one New York City development. Sales started in 2008.
