Rental of the Day: 632 President Street, #1

There aren’t a lot of pictures of this Park Slope two bedroom at 632 President Street but overall we like what we see. The apartment, located between 4th and 5th Avenues, also comes with a private garden — a nice perk — and a washer/dryer. It’s priced at $2,900/month. You should be able to find similarly-priced apartments moving toward the park, but probably not with the outdoor space thrown in. What do you make of this one?
