And the master bedroom has two closets, an en-suite bathroom and access to the roof deck. It’s also just across the bridge from the new Whole Foods and three blocks from the Carroll Street F/G. What do you think of it for $4,400 a month?

Looked at these, and this same layout, when they were initially offered for sale. The cabinets/kitchens are horrible. The layouts feel cramped. Closets are meager too. And that’s a climb to the roof deck since there are no elevators.
The kitchens and bathrooms are a terrible choice of cabinetry. very ugly.
I like the look of these buildings from the outside, but hate the layouts.
