Otherwise the finishes feel pretty standard for this kind of build. What do you make of this one?

Pretty. Not 2 full baths though, unless they squeezed a bathtub in the hallway bath. Question, I thought all new kitchen construction had to have a way to vent out in NYC? Is that inaccurate? There does not seem to be a vent over the stove.
