None of the rooms are huge, but the living spaces are decent-sized, with a spacious foyer and a separate dining room and living room. The latter features a trio of bay windows and an oversized pier mirror with a bench in that lovely natural wood. The former has a decorative mantel with another mirror and some built-in glassed cabinetry.

The kitchen is very nicely done, with black granite counters, cabinets offering yet more natural wood, and a Viking range.

The bedrooms run small and narrow — the largest is 10 by 12 and the smallest has no closet within, though there’s one right across the hall.

There’s only a single bathroom, though the listing, from Corcoran’s Lesley Semmelhack, notes that a powder room could be created out of a walk-in closet by the front door.

The unit has triple exposures, though with the exception of the bay windows in front, they don’t offer much in the way of views or open sky. And there’s no roof deck or other outdoor space, though the listing speaks of a landscaped courtyard.

Beyond that, the self-managed eight-unit building offers basement storage, including for bikes. Maintenance and common charges, which appear to include taxes, are $1,100 a month. Pets are welcome.

Prospect Park isn’t far. There’s access to quite a few train lines, though none is especially close.

The place is showing at open houses on Thursday from 1-2:30 p.m. and Sunday from 12-2 p.m.

The ask is $1,395,000, which doesn’t seem too outrageous. What do you think of the price, and the place itself?
