  1. Norman Ave, compared to the blah Condo with high Real Estate taxes & common charges on Waverly with no private outdoor space seems like a bargain to me.
Norman Ave has the option of rental income. Waverly Ave NO!
Norman Ave close to park with more assets. Waverly Ave…Underwood Park only good for toddlers.
    Both serviced by G train.
Carrying costs of Norman much cheaper and have full control. Waverly at the mercy of other Condo owners.

Lets face it you don’t get much for $2,000,000’sh these days.

  2. Love love love the Greenpoint woodframe, but yowza what a price!! Someone needs to take it and polish it (shine not Poland altho its probably already Polish-ed) and redo the facade with new siding and cornice and it would be a spectacular one family. All the old trim, mouldings, etc are the same types of things we had and were able to preserve in ours. I’ve noticed in my walking around over there there are many folks restoring these woodframes especially in that area of the neighborhood. But again, wow what a price!
