    • 213 Prospect Place, listed in October for $2.150 million, entered contract in October
    • 218 St. Marks Avenue, listed in September for $2.350 million, entered contract later in September
    • 25 Lincoln Place, listed in August for $2.250 million, entered contract in October
    • Finally, the co-op at 9 Prospect Park West — #15A — entered contract in November. The last ask was $2.985 million
