The Greek Revival brick house at 67 Cranberry Street was gutted by a fire in 2009. The interiors are dramatically modern and reference the Brooklyn Bridge, according to the listing, with a metal staircase with cables and a cantilevered dining room that overlooks a media room with a double-height ceiling and two-story bookcase. The architect was Leone Design Studio.

There are six wood burning fireplaces, and the house is 21 feet wide and nearly 65 feet deep. It last sold for $2,800,000 in 2007, before the renovation. The new ask is $6,800,000. What do you think of it?
