Everything looks good at this new listing at 117 Lincoln Place in Park Slope. The one-family (legal two) brownstone between 6th and 7th Avenues has lots of original detail and appears to be in excellent shape. In fact, it’s in such nice shape that the asking price of $2,200,000 doesn’t seem aggressive given the prime location. The only problem that some buyers may have with it is that it’s only 17 feet wide. That’s not necessarily such a big drawback though, so we suspect in this market where move-in-ready places demand a premium this one’ll go without a whole lot of haggling.

  1. narrow houses can be very nice. Delicate French furniture looks great in them. Huge modern furniture not so much.
This is the kind of decor everyone makes fun of if it is in Brooklyn Heights.
The front facade needs help. Looks like it has a skin disease.
