The top floor holds the three bedrooms; one is quite small but the others are nicely sized, with a walk-in closet in the master. There’s one full bath, which is quite nice.

There’s a full parlor floor, split into front and rear, with the kitchen, dining room and a half-bath on the garden level.

It’s a pretty sweet kitchen, with a bit of a French country feel. It’s got wood beams, wide-plank floors, a marble-topped island and a Viking stove that’s tucked into an exposed brick hearth, to nice effect. French doors lead out to the garden.

The aforementioned finished basement has maple paneling and wraparound storage seating, as well as what appears to be a wood floor.

It makes for a lot of living space (enough that it now holds two pianos, including a grand), and, as the listing notes, one could repurpose the rear parlor, with its wall of bookshelves, into the grand master bedroom this place lacks. There’s currently no bathroom on the parlor floor, though.
