Construction Starts on Pacific Street Rental

A crane was on site and in action yesterday morning at 257-267 Pacific Street, a future rental building planned for Cobble Hill. The Department of Buildings approved plans for a seven story build this summer. According to a sign on the construction fence, construction should last until the summer of 2014. Manhattan-based Quinlan Development Group is developing the site; they told us one year ago they planned to build out 60 rental units here.
