There are a couple of quirks to the layout. The master bedroom is in the front, so street noise could be a factor. Meanwhile the second bedroom is in the back, off the dining area — both have a fairly close-up view of a brick wall.

There’s virtually no separation between the kitchen and the living room; even lovers of the open plan might wish for a bit more.
