this place it’s virtually equi-distant to/from JMZ (lorimer) and L (lorimer). roughly 6 min walks to either station. and actually the tad bit longer of the walks would be to the JMZ. location definitely accounts for p/sqft however if you coudl go back in time to ’05 where you coul get northside/park stuff for 700’s, you’d do it woudln’t you?!
