We like the windows and light in the living room but could do with a slightly bigger bedroom. What do you think?

Oh, but I see it comes with a “wine storage bin.” Delightful.
Not much to like. No cross-ventilation, minuscule bedroom, bland ugly building.
That place is 650 sf tops.
