The open kitchen is fetching, with custom cabinets in walnut and Caesarstone countertops. The refrigerator placement’s a little odd, but nothing you couldn’t get used to. Street noise and/or privacy issues might be a more meaningful issue, given the first-floor location.

There are radiant-heated floors, and there’s a stacked washer and dryer in the white-tiled bathroom.

The building offers common storage and a bike room, as well as a shared garden with picnic tables, grills, and vegetable plots.
