It ain’t particularly sexy though so check your ego at the door. Asking price is $475,000.

will sell for above ask for sure. Kind of a crap downtown location, but close to Heights proper and all transportation… So, as area there improves, this will end up being a bargain….
Lovely view of the bail bonds place. 3rd floor on Livingston? No thanks. Might be nice for pied a terre on a budget. Or someone who really likes climate control and would never want to open their windows.
