This new listing at 40 Prospect Park West won’t knock anyone’s socks off but it’s still a very nice pad that should hit the sweet spot for a number of buyers. What the apartment lacks in sex appeal it makes up for with good proportions, condition and location. No exact square footage is given but we’re guesstimating that it comes in north of 1,200, not bad for something on the park priced at $1,025,000. We’d want to do some damage control on those Home Depot-esqye kitchen cabinets, but that’s not going to break the bank. What do you make of it?
