not terrible, but it is a one bedroom and the second bedroom like another poster stated, really is the dining room.
I just hate a bathroom without a window though, thats always a deal breaker for me.

$450k for a Jr. 4 in Kensington seems like a lot.
Looks like a large one bed that converted the dining room to a second bed. Nothing wrong with that. Nothing extra great but It’s spacious and in good shape. Seems like a fair deal.
If that’s a 31-foot long livingroom, Halstead should cut its commission for taking such lousy photos. They don’t show the spaciousness of that space at all.
