This week we are looking back at four listings we featured six months ago to see how they fared. Three of the properties sold, while the fourth is still on the market.

Still available is a grand Italianate house at 118 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights. Formerly a House of the Day, brownstones don’t get much bigger than this. Twenty-five feet wide and five stories, it’s also uncommonly deep, with a 25-foot extension on the first two floors. It’s also got some prime details and a magnificent parlor floor, with towering, ornate ceilings, a carved mirrored mantle, arched entry doors, wall moldings and inlaid floors.

It’s had a $2 million price chop, and is now listed at $10,750,000, down from $12,750,000.

Next up is a three-story brownstone at 475 8th Street with roomy gardens fore and aft. It’s attractive and well kept, and sits on a nice Park Slope block near the subway and Prospect Park. A former House of the Day, it’s got some nice details as well, including woodwork, plaster detailing and, most notably, four marble fireplace mantels in prime condition.

The brownstone was last listed for $2,795,000 and closed in April.

Our next specimen is a bright one-bedroom former Co-op of the Day at 515 East 7th Street in Kensington. It has roomy living areas, a reasonable layout, and a desirable location near the shops and restaurants on Cortelyou and not too far from Prospect Park. The price wasn’t too outrageous either.

It sold in June for $455,000, a $15,000 bump over its ask of $440,000.

Finally, our last pick was a Listing of the Day. This one-bedroom co-op at 205 Park Place in Prospect Heights has a lot of detail, including a decorative fireplace, approximately 10-foot ceilings, large windows, a shared back garden, and a shared roof deck.

The apartment was last listed for $625,000 and sold in May for $640,000.
