Some of the biggest developers in Brooklyn are slated to speak at the latest Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable next month. The lineup includes David Kramer, president of The Hudson Companies, Forest City Ratner Senior Vice President Alireza Esmaeilzadeh and Toll Brothers President David Von Spreckelsen (who will interview Kramer).

The quarterly luncheon takes place at the Brooklyn Historical Society and will include time to mingle and network.

Forest City Ratner is, of course, responsible for some of Brooklyn’s biggest developments, including MetroTech and Pacific Park. Esmaeilzadeh focuses on commercial development and leasing for the company.

Von Spreckelsen will interview Kramer of Hudson Companies, which is working on the Brooklyn Heights Library redevelopment and recently launched the Parkline, the 24-story rental tower in Prospect Lefferts Gardens with views of Prospect Park.

The third speaker is Demetrios Yatrakis, partner at Lonicera Partners, which has developed 153 Remsen Street, 415 Red Hook Lane, and 267 Pacific Street.
