Our Open House Picks from six months ago, a particularly spacious assortment, fared well. All have either sold or are in contract.

The biggest of the field is on Rugby Road in Ditmas Park West, and it’s quite a nice find for someone in search of a rambling six-bedroom home. In the same family for 52 years, it’s a grand Victorian with a lot of original detail. Some updating is in order, but generally it’s in top shape, with tons of square footage and some lovely spaces. The fastest off the market of the lot, this stunner was scooped up in December for $2.01 million, $60,000 over its $1.95 million ask.

On Prospect Place in Crown Heights is a three-story brownstone with some nice details, including woodwork, pocket doors and moldings. Divided into three units, one on each floor, it looks to be in good shape, with a/c and renovated kitchens and baths. It went into contract in March, most recently listed with Ideal Properties for $1.789 million, reduced by $210,000 from its original $1.999 million price.

Our pick in Fort Greene, an 1855 brick row house on Clermont Avenue, is a 22-footer that packs over 4,000 square feet across six levels, including a partially finished basement and a rooftop extension. Split into a duplex and two rentals, the place has decks on three floors, so there’s a lot of surface area at work. It’s got a sweet parlor floor with towering ceilings and a lot of detail — though it’s got a master bathroom planted in the middle, which you don’t often see. The property entered contract in March, and was last listed for $2.995 million, $155,000 under its former $3.15 million ask.

Last up is a four-story on Madison Street in Bed Stuy, which is currently set up as a triplex with a rental on the top floor. Unlike those above, this one needs some work, though there are original details here that ought to clean up nicely. It sold in February for $1.425 million, $75,000 under its $1.5 million ask.
