Abundance is the word that’s brought to mind by today’s House of the Day, a giant Greek Revival at 15 Willow Street in Brooklyn Heights. There may be things the wealthy Brooklyn homebuyer is looking for that this home doesn’t offer, but it’s not immediately obvious what they might be.

Over 6,000 square feet of space? Check. A corner property with three exposures, 41 windows and views of the East River and Manhattan? Check. New, high-end renovation of every square inch? Check. Three outdoor spaces, including a glass-railed roof deck, a garden, and a terrace with a jacuzzi? Check. A full-floor master suite with a dressing room, marble-tiled master bath and a library with a fireplace? Check.

Elevator? Check.

There’s a private covered parking spot in the rear, and a wine-tasting room and a screening room in the basement. There are two washer and dryer sets. There are two kitchenettes, on the garden and fourth floors, in addition to the main kitchen on the parlor floor. (Do we need to mention that said main kitchen is beautifully appointed, with a marble island and a range by La Cornue? Perhaps not.)

There’s a curving center staircase with a blackened steel handrail and a skylight above. There’s a magnificent living-dining room on the parlor floor with 12-foot ceilings, a corner location, floor to ceiling windows, new herringbone walnut floors, and a wood-burning fireplace with a giant original mantel.

We could go on, but you get the picture. There are five bedrooms all told, four full baths and two half-baths. The home is listed by Chris Sheller at Corcoran.

The renovation was undertaken by the Manhattan design firm Studio DB, and was completed since this was a House of the Day in April 2014.

They added a security system, motorized window treatments, an intercom system, indoor/outdoor Sonance speakers and a “lighting control system.” Lots of systems.

They weren’t able to reroute the BQE, however, which runs quite close by. So there’s one drawback.

The ask for all this bounty is $14.15 million. Anyone want to predict what it might go for? What do you make of the house?
