This week we’re looking back at four listings we featured six months ago to see how they fared. All of the homes are off the market, with three sold and one in contract.

Two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos in prime Williamsburg, such as this one at 538 Union Avenue — previously a Condo of the Day — are not easy to come by. It’s well appointed with white oak flooring, the de rigueur stainless steel appliances (including a Viking range and an oversized fridge), Caesarstone countertops, marble-floored baths and a closeted Bosch washer/dryer. The building offers a lounge and a roof deck with skyline views and a grill.

The unit entered contract in July and was last listed for $1.235 million, a $64,000 decrease from its original ask of $1.299 million.

This South Williamsburg rowhouse, at 64 South 4th Street, has been written up in both Dwell, Design Sponge and as a House of the Day, and for good reason. It’s a beaut, gorgeously renovated from top to bottom by Agencie Group architects. The result is stylish, tasteful and warm, with impeccable rustic-tinged finishes. Features include wide-plank chestnut floors reclaimed from a Virginia barn, tin ceilings, exposed beams, and a glass wall at the rear of the parlor floor.

The home sold in May for $3.6 million, $150,000 under its $3.75 million ask.

This landmarked single-family home (a former House of the Day) at 904 St. Johns Place in the Crown Heights Historic District, has gotten a nice top-to-bottom renovation, with a good deal of original detail restored. Most notably that includes a lot of unpainted maple woodwork, including door and window frames, fireplaces, pocket doors, wainscoting and a large pier mirror in the living room.

The property sold for $1.895 million in May, its ask exactly.

In Bay Ridge, a standalone single-family and previous Open House Pick blends the contemporary with the traditional. The exterior has a lot of curb appeal with its wood siding. Inside, the sleek white spaces are punctuated by a decorative mantel and wood details. It also offers a cathedral ceiling and spectacular views of the harbor, according to the listing.

The home sold in June for $1.685 million, $65,000 under its $1.75 million ask.
