This week, we’re turning the clock back six months and checking in with four of our featured listings from the fall.

Brooklyn houses don’t get any more venerable than this wood-framed Federal at 24 Middagh Street. Most commonly dated to 1824, it’s often cited as the oldest house in the Heights; we can’t confirm that, but it’s certainly one of them, gawked at by many a historical walking tour. This former House of the Day is still available for $6.65 million, a price cut of $350,000.

This limestone at 64 Lefferts Place in Clinton Hill could benefit from decluttering, but it’s got some nice original detail and a lot of space to play with — more than 4,000 square feet, spread over four floors. The house has some charming features, including a bay window, original mantels, inlaid and parquet floors, and plenty of original woodwork. This former House of the Day was taken off the market earlier this month.

Next up is a 1.5-bedroom condo with a fair amount to recommend it, including a berth right across the street from Prospect Park, a large and fetching living room with bay windows overlooking the park, and a big deck off the bedroom in the rear. It’s on the third floor of a four-story townhouse at 108 Prospect Park West, at the corner of 6th Street. This Condo of the Day sold in December for $1.024 million, $30,000 above ask.

Obsessed with Scandinavian design? Do you still swoon at the Ikea date scene in 500 Days of Summer? Then you’ll want to check out this condo in Hello Montana at 802 Dean Street in Crown Heights. Hello Montana is a part of the Hello Living collection of condominiums, many in the Crown Heights and Prospect Heights area, from developer Eli Karp. This Listing of the Day sold in January for $971,000, which works out to $122,000 above ask.
